The Education Outreach Program has developed a special 30-minute presentation for schools. This presentation is currently available to be shown in Hawaii's schools free of charge, and is booked on a first-come, first-served basis. The presentation has been designed for viewing by students between 4th and 12th grades.

The story of the "world's most famous battleship" is brought to life for students in a computer generated presentation that is shown on school television screens or video monitors. The presenter will come to your school, plug into your school’s video system, and narrate the presentation for your faculty and students.

The goals of the traveling historic presentation are:

• To make the important story of the Battleship Missouri accessible to as many students and schools as possible.
• To encourage the use of the Battleship Missouri Memorial by schools as a platform for learning.
• To prepare students and teachers to take maximum advantage of school visits to the Battleship Missouri Memorial.
